The L.E.N.S. photo challenge theme this week is Bird-ology, the study of, or about birds. She wanted us to be as creative as we could. So as I was going through my recent pictures, I found this one of a bald eagle named Challenger. He is part of the Bird of Prey Show at Dollywood. Challenger is part of the Eagle Mountain Sanctuary, that is under the care of the American Eagle Foundation.
The American Eagle is a beautiful bird.
