Colossians 3:15-17
15 And let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, to which indeed you were called in one body. And be thankful.
16 Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly, teaching and admonishing one another in all wisdom, singing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, with thankfulness in your hearts to God.
17 And whatever you do, in word or deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.
God has blessed my family and I another week. A week were we celebrated Thanksgiving. However, I have been trying to celebrate Thanksgiving daily for a while now. Daily, God continues to give and bless us. Daily, I wake up to another beautiful day. Yes, God has been so good to us. The love, mercy and grace that he hands out daily, is amazing. I don’t deserve it. I am a sinner. A sinner saved by the grace of God, that does not deserve anything. Again, He gives over and over. Yes, I am truly blessed.

This was Beautiful, Joy! I heard a wonderful quote from Erwin Lutzer on Songtime, he said that people wonder how we are going to thank God for all of eternity- they think somehow we will run out of things to be thankful for! And he said it will be easy to never run of things to praise God for, because there are enough things that we know about that it will take all of Eternity to be thankful for them, and Mr. Lutzer said that things will be revealed to us that we didn’t even know about that happened ‘behind the scenes” of our life that we will be able to praise Him for. I think that if Heaven will be Full of God’s Praise, then it must give our homes a taste of Heaven when we fill them with Thankfulness. In Christ, Faith.
Faith, (I love your name) ever since I started focusing more on my blessings, I have felt so much closer to God. Through all the pain and the bad, there is so much to be thankful for. God gives us so much! We are so blessed! We don’t deserve all that he gives us! You are a blessing! thanks for stopping by and visiting!
