What a week I have had! Between all the snow, the doctor appointments (for myself and my oldest son) and the beautiful spring weekend, I somehow another managed to keep track of my food. I was able to count calories and also log in my exercise for the week.
I am proud to say that I am down 4 lbs from last Monday. It takes a lot of work, but work I think is well worth it. While I know I won’t always lose that much in a week, I will take whatever I can get. I do believe I am off to a wonderful start.
It is so wonderful to have the support of friends and especially my family. They are behind me 100%.
I also found out this past week that I am vitamin D deficient as well as low on my B12. The doctor is giving me a prescription for Vitamin D and told me to take a B12 vitamin supplement. He told me that this is the main reason I have been feeling so tired and exhausted. I can’t wait to get some of my energy back!!
