I made some goals last week for myself. It was to drink my water, track my food, make healthier choices and walk at least 3 times a week, 30 minutes at a time.
I did fairly well with everything, except for tracking. I have been so busy, that I didn’t make time to do that. So, I am going to make that as one of my goals for this next week.
I was able to lose 4 lbs this past week. I am extremely happy with how the week went. I definitely exercised more! I have faithfully been filling my cup up with water once it is empty and I am also eating healthier meals.
My goals for this coming week are:
drink my water, track my food intake, continue making healthy food choices and continue walking 3 times a week.
I know I feel great when I am able to follow my goals. I pray everyone else has a great week also!
YEAH!!! Go Joy. I am STUCK! Going to try to be better about keeping track of what I am eating and drinking my water and milk. 🙂 I guess I have to quit making cakes too! LOL. I did make them lowfat though. Just need not to eat so much of it. I am going to try to keep up with my journey on my blog. I will keep an eye out for your weigh in and we will REJOICE together.
