iFellowship 1 Peter 1:22 – 2:1-3

iFellowship 1 Peter 1:22 – 2:1-3
iFellowship

My scritpure for this weeks iFellowship is a little long, but it all goes right together. I hope you enjoy reading God’s word as much as I do. I am doing my best to live in the Word daily.

1 Peter 1:22-25
22Having purified your souls by your obedience to the truth for a sincere brotherly love, love one another earnestly from a pure heart, 23 since you have been born again, not of perishable seed but of imperishable, through the living and abiding word of God; 24for
“All flesh is like grass
and all its glory like the flower of grass.
The grass withers,
and the flower falls,
25 but the word of the Lord remains forever.”
And this word is the good news that was preached to you.

1 Peter 2:1-3
1 So put away all malice and all deceit and hypocrisy and envy and all slander. 2 Like newborn infants, long for the pure spiritual milk, that by it you may grow up into salvation— 3 if indeed you have tasted that the Lord is good.

Be sure to stop by Seeds of Faith and visit all the others who took time to link up today.  Blessings to you all!

Homeschool Postcards

Homeschool Postcards

This week, Stef over at Educating Layton has asked us to show a picture of a national moment, building or statue, for the Homeschool Postcards. This was the only picture I could think of. Back in the fall of 2009, the Vietnam Moving Wall Memorial came to a nearby town for a weekend. It was so beautiful, and yet so emotional. If you ever get a chance to see it, please go. It will be a trip you will never forget. While I have shared the picture a couple of times before, it is one that I love to share. I hope you enjoy it.

Be sure to stop by and visit the others that have linked up with Homeschool Postcards today.

Multitude Monday, A Day Late #386-400

Multitude Monday, A Day Late #386-400

God has been so good to us. He has given us grace and mercy that we don’t deserve. Lately, I haven’t been posting real regular about all that God has blessed us with. Life has just gotten in the way. We have been busy with school and other activities. Won’t you praise God with me with all He has given us?

386. Fresh fruit and veggies from a local farm.

387. Watching my hubby use his talents to help others.

388. Friends to share carpooling with.

389. Watching my daughter dance at her recital.

390. Seeing my daughter get an award for Tap.

391. The beautiful sunshine we have been having.

392. Watching the veggie and fruit plants grow!

393. Being able to share the extra veggie plants we have.

394. End of year picnic with the homeschool group.

395. Being able to help homeschoolers.

396. Thankful for being given the opportunity to write for The Homeschool Village.

397. Being able to use my hubby’s laptop while mine is out of commission.

398. Hearing my children laugh and play with others.

399. Having an a/c to help keep us cool.

400. Phones, to be able to keep in touch with those we love.

You can also take part in the Multitude Monday by visiting A Holy Experience.  What are you thankful for or what blessings have you received this week?  I would love to hear them!
