Weekly Weigh-In

I made some goals last week for myself. It was to drink my water, track my food, make healthier choices and walk at least 3 times a week, 30 minutes at a time.

I did fairly well with everything, except for tracking. I have been so busy, that I didn’t make time to do that. So, I am going to make that as one of my goals for this next week.

I was able to lose 4 lbs this past week. I am extremely happy with how the week went. I definitely exercised more! I have faithfully been filling my cup up with water once it is empty and I am also eating healthier meals.

My goals for this coming week are:
drink my water, track my food intake, continue making healthy food choices and continue walking 3 times a week.

I know I feel great when I am able to follow my goals. I pray everyone else has a great week also!

Sarah’s Dance Recital

Sarah’s Dance Recital


Today, was Sarah’s dance recital. It was to show us what she has worked on all year long at dance class. I must say, it was well worth it!! Sarah and the rest of her Tap/Jazz II class did an awesome job. We are very proud of Sarah. I am extremely happy that she has found an activity that she loves to do. We are definitely looking forward to seeing Sarah dance in the future!
